South Plains College offers an introductory web programming course as well as an introductory programming course. The regular programming course teaches logic as well as Java or VB depending on the teacher.

Also can include Misc places to access information. www.teamtreehouse.com primarily focuses on web devlopment and is stretching into apps. Pluralsight.com has great programming and IT training videos. Both of these resources are paid per month websites.
