Citation strategy #5

We should discuss how we want things to be cited going forward. I like the model of releasing a methods paper as we do at the moment. But I think it might be valuable if there was an LSDTT paper in something like esurf (as topotoolbox did) or JOSS. So that if someone uses the code, even the 'standard' stuff they still have something to cite.

I want to be able to track how people are using the code in the future more easily, as it will be useful for our various promotion cases down the line.

We can also look at adding a citation file into the root of the repo so that people have no excuse not to cite us...

I also like the idea of having an LSDTT paper in esurf or something.
