Create a way that pre-set template messages can be created and then selected as the official reply to a request.

What do I do if I suspect that I have / someone else has COVID-19? Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever w/ cough, sore throat, and difficulty breathing.

If you have returned from abroad or have associated with someone who has COVID-19 or someone suspected of being infected within the past 14 days, please immediately contact the Public Health Inspector (PHI) or the hotline number below.

Remember to keep a safe distance (minimum of 3 meters) from others until you receive assistance and further guidance from health authorities.
