By default, put GSN user files in user home #60

linux package installation of GSN should create a new user (like apache does) and use it for running its process. Then we can use the home of this user for the virtual sensors (or some /var/lib/gsn folder).

As virtual-sensors are part of the configuration of GSN, they were put into /etc/gsn-core/
