Steps to reproduce/复现步骤
- download an external app outside the playstore
- go to install it
- the menu pops up, with the start WSA and does nothing after clicking start WSA, just freezes on that function
Expected behaviour/预期行为
Should install the app
Actual behaviour/实际行为
Im not sure why it will not allow me to install any apps outside the Gapps in general, its as if ADB or wsa wont start correctly.

Not sure what the SHA is, but i did the stable channels
