[Bug] Short description.when installing version 2302 rp, the settings menu changes from being in Spanish to being in English.

4. Run.bat

Expected behaviour/预期行为

The settings menu is displayed in Spanish.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

The settings menu is displayed in English.
