[Bug] Unable to download WSA when building.

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

do preparation
run ./scripts/run.sh
select
wait

Expected behaviour/预期行为

WSA will be successfully downloaded and then the script will continue building

Actual behaviour/实际行为

Aria2 cant download WSA from microsoft.
