Hello, is it possible that the issue is related to the size of the image vehicleList.PNG? Should I resize the image? Or is it possible to send images in other formats like WEBP or AVIF?

No, the issue is that your filenames end on .PNG and in the .md-files you write .png. It needs to be exactly the same capitalization, so you will have to either change the filenames or the references in the .md-files. Personally I would prefer updated filenames but this is up to you!
