doctor request - mission helper or mission tags

in Italy they introduced doctor request by a medicalized car o an ambulance with doctor aboard.

When the mission request a doctor the pathology code of the mission end with a R (code red of urgency)

ex: KC03R (first letter is location, 3 chars for type of mission, last char for urgency code)

Can you add a tag in the upper left corner o something in the mission helper description to help understand that the mission require a doctor ?
