Fixing an issue regarding the name of two metrics #82

There were issues regarding the name of the classes defined for the two metrics of "IntervalsBetweenObsMetric" and "numObsInSurveyTimeOverlapMetric". I have fixed that and updated the date of last edits.

Pretty sure the .DS_Store files got added by accident here. Those are mac OS filesystem things (I think that save the folder layout when you open the directory in finder). I took them out, but let me know if they were actually supposed to be there.
