Update LSSOBS routines #86

Update LSSObs* code to remove reference to the season stacker. Replaced by "calcSeasons" from lsst.sims.maf.metrics, which should work but bears checking. Most of the code in this directory is less relevant for current work with the new opsim outputs though: it generates dither patterns of various kinds, but we add dithering in the opsim output now.

Can now import and run "run_science" in MAF.
