I compared the calculated shear-shear correlation functions in the notebook to Fig. 2 in Becker et al. (DES) for theta > 100 arcmin (l < 200) where we expect them to match. It appears that the DES correlation functions are consistently a factor of 2 (or very close to 2) higher than the calculations.
The calculated lensing shear power spectrum is also approximately a factor of 2 lower than the predicted spectrum in the slides from Hu, at source redshift equal to 1 and across all values of \ell. See plots in issue #6.
The matter power spectrum checks out.
Could there be a unit problem -- Mpc^2 versus (Mpc/h)^2 would give a factor of 2 problem...
Are the shear-shear and shear-galaxy power spectra and correlation functions calculated in this notebook using the randomfield package correct (in linear theory) ?
