Naming of modules #348

As discussed, the current naming of the modules in the code might not be the most descriptive ones. To move the structural changes of PR #344 alog, we will proceed with the names in there and afterwards decide on better naming here.

The main issue here is the module with the theoretical prediction for the lensing quantities. A few suggestions for this module are:

theory
modeling
theoretical_prediction
modeling_prediction

On the telecon of January 8th 2021, it was decided to keep the current names in the code (theory and dataops) :+1:
