Test ImSim on NERSC KNL partition #39

We may need ImSim to run on the KNL partition. Benchmark its performance there.

I see that I'm assigned to this job. However, I'm not sure that I'm the best person to lead this effort, since I've never run ImSim on any machine (Nersc or otherwise), nor have I ever run any kind of jobs at Nersc other than very small test programs that don't require the queue.

I'd be happy to troubleshoot issues that arise with GalSim related to the KNL architecture, but I think someone else probably ought to be assigned to this.
