Implemented suggested pedagogical improvements about Parquet, Dask, and HoloViews.
Explained that re-rastering on zoom does work in a Jupyter "Classic Notebook", but not within JupyterHub, and explained how to launch such a Notebook from the NERSC JupyterHub environment.
