Adds a notebook demonstrating access to forced source data in the Postgres database.

Point well taken about those definitions. good and clean are object catalog dpdd quantities formed by combining various flags. They're defined the same in the Postgres database as for GCR access. I'll look for a reference. forcedsourcevisit_good is something I made up because it seemed like there ought to be some quality cut on individual visit data. I used flags as similar as possible to the ones used in object catalog good.

There already was some discussion of the meaning of fields in the paragraphs just above the Light Curves section. I've beefed it up a bit. May I merge now?
