Create support to create, analyze and store 2D flat-sky maps. This includes:

[x] Basic support for healpix-like routines to query pixel ids, write/read maps, plot maps.
[x] Routines to compute power spectra. This is currently supported by NaMaster, but we need to be able to talk to it.

OK, I've had a go at both tasks above, but I won't tick them as completed until these features have been tested
