Currently our Travis CI builds will always fail until we can configure it to import the necessary packages to run our code.

Hey @jbkalmbach, I was able to do this for Twinkles last night using Mario's scripts. I'll do the same for Monitor and will eups-ify as well since it looks like we will be using the Stack here too.
