Speed up Monitor Light Curves for each Object #47

In trying to analyze the light curves of SNe using the Monitor, @jbkalmbach and I discussed that the light curve retrieval was slow, and how we could speed up the process.

We plan to speed up the process by using forcedSources and then joining with visit information either from the database or from OpSim outputs. This will automatically fix #46

@rbiswas4 This will be the first task of the hack week sprint I will work on since it will speed up development a good amount.
