Implementations of the more accurate matter when considering gX_sY and sX_sY bins, which before had limits in their comoving radii computed only from gX_gY, which lead to bad performance especially for g6-g8 correlated with s2-s3.

Dear @c-d-leonard , apparently there's some conflicts upon removing some unnecessary binary files. You can leave the old ones or delete them altogether, it's up to you :) The files are

utils/build/arrays.o
utils/build/common.o
utils/build/fft.o
utils/build/hypergeom.o
utils/python/cython_debug/interpreter

I also included a "tests/config_matter_half.yml", but I think they should be practially equivalent. Let me know what you find!
