Fix broken image link #31

The image at https://lsstdesc.org/RESSPECT/ (which is pulled from the readme) is broken. We need to copy over the image when constructing that webpage (which happens in .github/workflows/asv-main.yml).

I believe that this was fixed with this PR https://github.com/LSSTDESC/RESSPECT/pull/35 Please double check before closing though.
