The doc string and code are in conflict, and both seem to be out of date with the current state of RESSPECT.

Specifically, the doc string says "Only Bazin" is implemented", A raise ValueError('Only "Bazin" and "Malanchev" features are implemented!') exists. And "Bump" isn't mentioned anywhere.

Need to ask Emille about this one and do a little more investigation. For now, let's leave this as is.
