Import desc.slrealizer ready (base:issue/1/setup.py) #11

I got rid of the old code, and rearranged the files in the real directory python/desc to make the command import desc.slrealizer to work. I deleted duplicate notebooks and left only one notebook named Basics.ipynb that runs the command import desc.slrealizer.

The forked branch jennykim1016/SLRealizer/setup does not have any conflict with LSSTDESC/SLRealizer/master, but it does seem to have conflicts with issue/1/setup.py. I will look at the conflicts right after I finish writing this request.

I think this was superceded by #12 which is now merged - closing out.
