@jennykim1016 @mbaumer I have worked through Jenny's Note - good work, @jennykim1016 ! It's nice and concise, and there were only a few places where it wasn't clear to me what you had done. We can address those as we get started on the next phase. I tidied it up some more, with a simpler section structure, and renamed the folder. I'm going to merge my edits into the main issue/17/desc-note dev branch straight away, but you can still use this PR to see what I have done. We can then issue needed changes to the Note, and fix them before we give it to our WG conveners to review.
