[ ] Rename utils/utils.py --> utils/units_utils.py, utils/image_utils.py, utils/noise_config.py
[ ] Code up module for converting a Sersic profile into sum of Gaussians
[ ] Reference Hogg and Lang 2012 and add bibtex entry
[ ] Write a simple test tests/sersic_as_mog.py using a row of cosmoDC2_v1.0_9556
