Add people to DC1 Roadmap team for communication purposes #15

Dear @DarkEnergyScienceCollaboration/dc1-roadmap-team,

Another day to "Channel my inner Phil". We have our 1st milestone for DC1 production coming up at the end of the month. We need a way to communicate since we don't have a mailing list for this etc. I have followed Phil's suggestion and added everyone who has participated in an issue of added code to this repo to the dc1-roadmap-team.

I was very loose in who I added here. If you have interacted at all with this repo I added you :)

But, never fear you can easily remove yourself.

If you are going to be involved with DC1 production it is best if you stay. If you have questions or need help go ahead and post here. Also, if there is anyone that should be included I missed (look it the URL above) please let me know.
