Update for processEimage.py configs in Stack w.2017.1 (and later?) #26

In the Stack weekly build w.2017.1, processEimage.py has some problems with the eimage files being produced for DC1 using imSim. The relevant discussion started on Slack here.

The upshot is that @SimonKrughoff recommends the following config change:

⁠⁠⁠⁠calibrate.astrometry.matcher.numBrightStars=100⁠⁠⁠⁠

This version of the Stack has not been tested on PhoSim data yet.
