2 years ago @jablazek and I set up a Confluence template for conference contributions and a page that aggregates conference contributions, organized by working group. The instructions are in three lines at the top of the page. Jonathan made an example entry for an LSS/PZ conference contribution. The aggregation page does not present the information as a table - unfortunately that does not seem to be possible with Confluence macros - but it should not become unwieldy before we have a real database solution.
