Blinding pipeline comparison
Make sure that the TXPipe and updated cosmosis versions of data vector blinding (from Muir et al) are running, and provide a comparison between the two.

Using the same data vector, blind it with Jessie's scripts and with TXPipe. If they lead to different results, investigate why this is the case.
