Collect and evaluate relevant resources for the DESC EDI community

Goals and deliverable

Start confluence page with useful EDI resources
Evaluate resources in order to be able to provide a good description on the confluence page
Brainstorm how to make this most useful and ensure that this does not go stale with time

People interested in EDI related topics (not restricted to EDI committee!)

This sprint in the end did not happen. It is still an important task and hopefully we will get around to it soon. For now, we close this issue.
