In kind contribution Office Hours

This is open Office hour time for all international in kind stakeholders who wish to meet with the in kind management team.

Goals and deliverable

Main goal is to assist stakeholders of the international in kind program (international contributors, but also WG or TT conveners) with the development and embedding within DESC of the workplans. We are also open to answer more general questions about the program, these would be also usefully asked in the #desc-in-kind-support channel.

Detailed description

We are scheduling the Office Hour per 1 hour time slots with dedicated teams. These hours would be opened on demand, and we have reserved the 7am and 8am PT time slots from Tues 26th to Fri 29th. If you would like to benefit from one of the office hours, please reply to this thread and/or assign yourself to the sprint github issue, preferably by next Monday so that we can plan ahead the meeting schedules.

Please indicate in your answer the time slots where you’ll be available, and I’ll come back to you.

If you ideally wish to have other persons beyond myself and Katrin attending the discussion (for instance, conveners from a specific WG, of one of the DESC Coordinators), please let us know, so that we try to arrange for the best meeting time.
