WIP in https://github.com/LSSTDESC/TJPCov/pull/97 (need to improve a test but apart from that it should be ready)

Finally merged https://github.com/LSSTDESC/TJPCov/pull/97. A new TJPCov version v0.4.0 is available with CCLv3-only support.
