Cluster abundance module in Firecrown

The goal of this task is to refactor the cluster number counts likelihood in Firecrown to use ModelingTools and separate the cluster models and theory into a separate module (within Firecrown).

Goals and deliverable

Move cluster theory into separate independent modules (within firecrown)
Update the cluster number count statistic to compute the theory vector using ModelingTools
Write unit tests for new classes and existing cluster number counts likelihood
