TJPCov, Firecrown, CLMM all will depend on some common components of the cluster pipeline. To properly abstract this, we need to come up with a requirements document for TJPCov. This should include

SACC file tracer types
SACC file data storage
Halo mass definition/mass function/bias
Photo-z uncertainties

and others
