Right now every time we want to use the sprinkler with a new cosmoDC2 catalog we have to run the notebooks in examples/notebooks. Would be much easier to just have a script that does everything once you give it the name and locations of the new catalog and the om10/glsne catalogs. Started this in utils/catalog_production. Will come back when I have time and finish this.
