Trailing slash in badge directory #12

The script currently points to: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LSSTDESC/beavis-ci/master/badges/

However, GitHub reports:

400: Invalid request

Is this the correct URL now? https://github.com/LSSTDESC/beavis-ci/raw/master/badges/

Hmm, looks like it is something else breaking in the Stack Club readthedocs.

Ok, the issue was an extra trailing slash in web_dir here. This probably became a problem through an update to curl on the Science Platform. I'll make a PR.
