Addtutorialmaterial #19

Pull request to address issue #11. This adds images to the materials/ folder from the DES demo tutorial and changes the links to go to these images. Additionally this pull request includes an update to the FAQ to include a blurb about the one-sided bleed trails.

Checked the live version and looks OK to me !
