@daniel3wu pointed out that when you login to the exposure checker you are faced with a "Signup" button. I think we are actually using NERSC/NEWT to track all user information, so I don't think the "Signup" button actually does anything (though it does indicate that you haven't signed in via NEWT yet). Similarly, the "Login" button is obsolete (doesn't actually connect you to the NEWT interface.
For clarity, I think that we should just hide both of these buttons for the time being (or maybe add a warning about needing to sign in with NEWT).
