[NERSC] Trouble with NERSC batch jobs #87

Description @am610 sent a Slack DM with the following question.

I went to check in NERSC webpage list of all my completed jobs, but it gives error. Can you please tell me why this is happening ?

Will need more details about what these jobs are and what resources they are expecting to use, but the highlighted text in the image offers a clue - there is an inaccessible database. @rknop might this be one of the databases you have on Spin?

Closing as I now understand this is really a question about why the NERSC web page is unable to display information about successful jobs. We'll open a ticket with NERSC.
