Slightly Change the structure of Shear Object #206

change the structure of shear_object so that I can use shear, convergence and deflection angle from halo e.g. see here.

This looks OK to me, but it does seem like a separate change regarding density got put into this PR

Ah, yes, the first commit is to enable user to set the input galaxy number density.

After considerations, I guess it might be better to change this input parameter to the limiting magnitude of the input galaxy sample at the faint end.. I am just being curious whether the calibration of z-dependent shear is sensitive to the depth of the input galaxy catalog..
