Create installation and beginning user documentation #153

This is partly started in the README.md file, but should moved to read-the-docs.

This is one of the issues discussed in PR #9.

The goal is to have a beginning user, who will write configuration files but no new code, have all the necessary information to do the task, starting from installing firecrown.
