PBS Pro support #41

Mainly adds support for PBS pro.

Also includes:

  1. Fixes to links on the main README.md, and adds a link to the installation README.md
  2. Adds the fix by @benclifford for workflow crash on encountering a failed task #40
  3. Updates to README.md to get it to work with the current LSST pipeline.
