This is the first pass through the notebook, I fully expect several suggestions from Olivia and Alex. The first pass was to just remove the blatantly out of date and incorrect info.
For example, the
rail.stages.import_and_attach_all()may be out of place here, or there may be a better illustration of how to load things, opinions and suggested changes would be great.
