Modification of rail.creation DSPS function due to v3.0.0 release of DSPS #359

The files src.rail.creation.engines.dsps_sed_modeler.py and src.rail.creation.engines.dsps_photometry_creator.py are no longer functioning due to the new release of DSPS. This issue is to update them, and relative example notebooks and unit tests, to be able to accommodate v3.0.0 DSPS changes.
