names not changed in inform_HSC #16

need to apply the name updates to the inform_all HSC pipeline

I accidentally pushed changes to main, but this caused a test failure for test_golden. Same issue: names need to change names in the test as well, which we can lump under this issue.

The names in the src/rail/pipelines/estimation/inform_all.py were changed on the day this issue was created (I created a commit, but then I had missed that there was an open PR where Alex had already changed them, that open PR was merged). So, another issue that we just forgot to close. Closing now.
