Adding test_file and calib_file to the estimation pipeline notebook #19

The current estimation notebook takes the same catalog as the calibration catalog and the catalog to be calibrated. Now I use two catalogs here:

  1. a "test catalog" to be calibrated;
  2. a "calibration catalog" that includes spec-z to calibrate.
