Remove support for sncosmo object type. Includes removal of sncosmo dependency. Allow sky catalogs pointsource files to have more than one row group of stars.

I'll get rid of the unneeded commented-out lines before merging. I have tested multiple row groups by setting the stride to a low value, making a star main file (which had multiple row groups), then a star flux file, and verifying that all expected sources were included in both. A CI test would of course be better. More generally I need to add reduced inputs for stars and galaxies to the CI sample data so that catalog creation can be tested by the CI.
