Streamline interface to DiffskySedGenerator class Make small script create_diffsky_sed.py to just create diffsky SEDs Other lesser, largely cosmetic changes.

v1.1.2 is not yet available on the master branch of GCRCatalogs so I don't think skyCatalogs should have a hard-coded dependence on it. The data are in the shared data area, however, so it's just a matter of merging the yaml file for the catalog into the master branch.
