This solves #200. We will need to re-run the current PlasticcData instances to update their metadata

After passing the review, I would like to change the location of the PlasticcData class on the file. I am just not doing it now because it is hard to review when I move it entirely to a new place. The change of position doesn't change anything but it is easier for me to work with it on the top of the file.
