seem to be a few metrics missing? Or perhaps I'm just missing reading them? (FOnv and area)

@rhiannonlynne--about a page got cut off because the table needs to span two pages.

Thanks @yoachim ! I put the tables in an appendix, and added a preamble and some hyperlinks to the repositories. We now have a couple of macros, for people to write eg \MAFmetric{SeasonStacker} or \metric{TdcMetric} and get an automagic cross-ref to the appendix, from whence they can go browse the code. I think this is good enough for now. I don't know how many times metrics are referred to by name in the paper - that's my next task, to replace them all with \metric{} calls...
